Pricing All Prices for these soaps are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) Soapway Inc reserves the right to change any product and services without prior notice. There are discounts available as you purchase larger quantities. Cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product. Ordering Order by phone or e-mail. Orders are usually turned around in 1 - 2 working days. This works well if we have your requirements in stock at the time. We will only dispatch goods which are in stock at the time and the balance will be sent when available or if you prefer hold order and send total order when completed. We will not dispatch goods until full payment is made. Please note: If you need an order by a specific time please let us know in plenty of time. Please dont leave it to the last minute. Freight and Insurance Our price list does not include freight charges, but insurance against loss remains the responsibility of the purchaser. We have negotiated excellent rates with Canada Post. From the time your natural handmade soap leaves us, until it arrives at your address it is fully trackable, we e-mail you a tracking number which you can track with Canada Post web site.We will do our utmost to ensure the best packaging possible but we are not responsible while stock in transit. We always use Canada Post for deliveries as we have special business rates. Please advise if you will use your own courier. Packaging We only charge for the post cartons and the postage rate . If paying by direct deposit please advice us and we will provide bank account details. Once payment is made your order will be dispatched.
